  1. Ensuring that response to consultancy/advice services requested by the Responsibility Centres regarding data management, quality management and strategic management matters will be given within three (3) working days.

  2. Ensure that the required information is passed to and should reach the relevant party within three (3) working days.
  1. Ensure that requests for data and reports from related parties are sent within the stipulated period.
  1. Addressing complaints, suggestions or inquiries regarding University services not exceeding five (5) working days.
