- Ensuring that response to consultancy/advice services requested by the Responsibility Centres regarding data management, quality management and strategic management matters will be given within three (3) working days.
- Ensure that the required information is passed to and should reach the relevant party within three (3) working days.
- Ensure that requests for data and reports from related parties are sent within the stipulated period.
- Addressing complaints, suggestions or inquiries regarding University services not exceeding five (5) working days.
